1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Clik Space. By accessing or using our physical workspace facilities (including Hot Desks, Dedicated Desks, Private Cabins, Meeting Rooms, and Event Lounges) at our Coimbatore location or utilizing our website, mobile features, and booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind such entity.

2. Workplace Plans & Membership Access

Clik Space provides flexible co-working solutions tailored to freelancers, startups, and enterprise teams:

• Hot Desks: Flexible seating available on a first-come, first-served basis during operational hours.
• Dedicated Desks: Assigned workstation reserved exclusively for your use with storage facilities.
• Private Cabins: Enclosed, keycard-secured office suites for dedicated team privacy.
• Meeting Rooms & Event Spaces: Bookable hourly or daily via our member portal subject to availability and reservation credits.

3. Community Guidelines & Conduct

To maintain a productive, professional, and respectful environment for all members:

• Noise Control: Voice calls and virtual meetings must be conducted using our soundproof Phone Booth Pods or designated conference rooms. Speakerphones are strictly prohibited in open desk zones.
• Clean Desk Policy: Members must leave shared workstations clean after use. Personal items should not be stored overnight on Hot Desks.
• Shared Amenities: Pantry appliances, lounge seating, and gaming equipment should be treated with care and kept clean for fellow members.

4. Internet & IT Security Policy

Clik Space provides high-speed enterprise Wi-Fi and ethernet connectivity. Members agree to utilize the network solely for lawful business activities. The transmission of illegal content, network scanning, unauthorized data interception, or activities that compromise network security is grounds for immediate termination of membership.

5. Billing, Cancellations & Refunds

Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Meeting room bookings require 24 hours advance notice for cancellation to receive credit refunds. Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing 15 days prior to the next billing renewal date.

6. Security, Liability & Guest Policy

Members are responsible for the actions of their invited guests. Guests must register at the Community Desk upon arrival. Clik Space is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property or equipment within the premises. Members are advised to lock private cabins and utilize secure lockers.
